Welcome to The Leadership Mirror, a program designed for women to build the courage to define and own their worth. Through interactive frameworks, peer coaching, and practical exercises, participants create immediate action plans that shift how they see themselves and show up in all areas of their lives.

1. See Yourself Clearly: Build Self-Awareness

Assess your leadership through three lenses: how you see yourself, how others experience you, and what triggers derail you; and identify the gap between your intent and your impact.

2. Speak Up & Claim Space: Make the Ask

Learn to ask for what you want (raises, promotions, projects, visibility) using the Ask Equation: clarity (what do you actually want), value framing (why it matters to them), and timing with follow-through (when and how you ask).

3. Bounce Back Stronger: Handle Rejection & Protect Your Energy

Reframe the three types of "no" (not ever, not now, no but...), build your comeback plan using three critical questions, and map where your energy is going so you can eliminate low-value drains and invest in high-value priorities.

4. Shape the Room: Manage Influence Without Authority

Understand how decisions actually get made (not always in formal meetings), then build a multi-channel influence strategy using direct advocacy, indirect allies, and environmental visibility to position yourself where it matters.

A completed action plan, three strategic frameworks (Ask Equation, Channels of Influence, Failure Reframe), self-guided exercises, and 30-day commitments to make one ask, shift one energy drain, and influence one decision.
