Leading with Worth

Great leadership has less to do with your title, and more to do with how you make those around you feel. It is a powerful blend of empathy, transparency, presence, and a commitment to lift others as you grow.

That's the foundation of everything I do.

Real Leadership, Real Results

As Head of Retail at adidas Canada, I led 1,200 frontline workers through the challenge of navigating the aftermath of the global pandemic. I chose to lead with genuine care and a people-first conviction, which rebuilt trust, restored belonging, and drove unprecedented business growth.

When people feel valued, business and teams thrive.

The Ripple Effect

I've experienced what happens when leaders own their worth and show up authentically. The impact extends far beyond the individual. As teams become more engaged, retention improves, culture shifts from performance to purpose, and business thrives.

Whether I'm on stage, facilitating a workshop, or in conversation, my goal is to help people discover what becomes possible when they lead with worth.

That's what makes a lasting impact on people, culture, and the bottom line.
